Notice of Hearing
on the Appeal of a Decision of the City of Winona Board of Adjustment
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, March 21, 2005, to consider and act upon an appeal of a decision of the City of Winona Board of Adjustment.
Hale and Janet Evans are appealing the February 16, 2005, decision of the Board of Adjustment that the City moratorium on new rental housing licenses did apply to this property, and therefore did not issue a rental housing license for their property.
The property is described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 108, Original Plat Winona Addition, or at 379 West Broadway.
At the time and place listed above, the petitioners, their agents or attorneys will be given an opportunity to show cause why the decision of the Board of Adjustment should be overruled or amended. A representative of the Board of Adjustment or any other affected party will also be given an opportunity to be heard prior to a decision by the City Council.
