NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO CITY CODE - CLUSTER
DEVELOPMENT PLANS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2005, to consider and act on a amendment to City Code Chapter 43.46 (b) (9) (approval criteria applicable to cluster development plans). As currently drafted, this section permits the removal or alteration of certain lands with slopes greater than 25 percent, when such lands are isolated and/or insignificant knolls within a cluster development plan. Given that this language is inconsistent with the City Sensitive Lands Development Ordinance, the Planning Commission has proposed that it be deleted in its entirety.
At the time and place designated above, an opportunity will be given to all persons affected wishing to speak for or against the proposed ordinance.
