HEARING TO CONSIDER A
REQUEST TO REZONE
PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2005, to consider and act on a request from WHG Winona, LLC, to rezone a parcel of land from M-2 (General Manufacturing) to B-3 (General Business). The parcel is approximately 1.48 acres and is legally described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Riverbend Retail Park.
At the time and place designated above, an opportunity will be given to all persons affected wishing to speak for or against the proposed rezoning.
