Preliminary Cluster Development Plan -
Creekwood Subdivision
On Monday, April 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a modified preliminary cluster development plan for a portion of the Creekwood Subdivision. The amended plan has been submitted by joint petition of Daniel W. Scharmer and Sweetwater Development LLP. Referenced as Creekwood 2 and Creekwood 3, the proposal calls for subdividing an approximate 4.8 acre parcel in order to facilitate the construction of 23 townhouse dwelling units. Proposed public dedications will include required utility easements along with approximately 500 feet of street right-of-way (Janet Marie Lane).
