SUBJECT: Zone Change Request - Daniel Scharmer
On Monday, April 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a request to change zoning from Agricultural (AG) to R-1.5 (1-4 Family Residential). The request has been submitted by Daniel W. Scharmer and involves a 90,000 square foot parcel of land which is generally located southerly of/adjacent to Highway 43, northerly of/adjacent to the Creekwood Subdivision, and easterly of/adjacent to lots 7 and 8, Scharmer Estates First Addition. The purpose of this request relates to the petitioners desire to redevelop the property for residential (townhouse) purposes.
