SUBJECT: Final Plat - University Village of Winona No. 2 Subdivision
On Monday, May 9, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a final cluster development plan (plat) for the proposed University Village of Winona No. 2 Subdivision. The proposal has been submitted by University Village of Winona LLC, and calls for platting each of lots 4 of Block 2, and 1 of Block 5, University Village of Winona Subdivision, into four lots. Under the proposal, each of the noted lots would support two-two family townhouse dwelling structures.
