Please take notice that the Port Authority of Winona, Minnesota proposes to trade real estate herein described as follows to Kuehn Brothers Properties:
Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the property described as Kuehn Brothers Property (MF355005), thence Southeasterly along the Southerly right of way line of U.C. Highway 61 a distance of 106.38 feet, thence at a deflection angle to the right of 135 degrees a distance of 90.61 feet, thence Northwesterly 76.78 feet to the point of beginning.
The land will be devoted to commercial use. Terms and conditions of the sale are available for public inspection at the Office of the Port Authority of Winona, in care of the Community Development Office, City Hall, 207 Lafayette Street, Room 210, Winona, Minnesota. A public hearing to determine the advisability of the sale of property to the Kuehn Brothers Properties will be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2005.
