AMENDED ORDINANCE #28
REGULATING BUILDING AND PERMITS WITHIN THE CITY
An amended Ordinance #28 was approved at the April meeting of the City Council and becomes effective on May 1st. This ordinance is for the purpose of promoting health, safety, order, convenience, and general welfare by regulating the use of land, the location and use of buildings, the arrangement of building on lots, and the density of population in the City of Minnesota City.
A copy of the Building Ordinance is available upon request from Mayor Don O'Neil, City Clerk Lori Donehower, or Councilmember Kelvin Penrod.
