SUBJECT: Final Plat - Durnen Subdivision
On Monday, June 13, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a final plat for the proposed Durnen Subdivision. The plat has been submitted by Patrick J. and Susan M. Durnen and involves a parcel of land which is generally located at 1062 Frontenac Drive. As proposed, the final plat would serve to subdivide the 3.16 acre parcel into three lots ranging in size between 30,800 and 57,200 square feet. No public dedications are proposed.
