CONTACT PERSON: Mark Moeller, City Planner SUBJECT: Final Cluster Development Plan- Creekwood 2 and 3 Subdivisions
On Monday, June 13, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering final cluster development plans (plats) for proposed Creekwood 2 and 3 Subdivisions. These plans have been submitted by joint petition of Daniel W. Scharmer and Sweetwater Development LLP.
As proposed, the proposal calls for subdividing an approximate 4.8 acre site in order to facilitate the future construction of 23 townhouse dwelling units. Of these, 14 units will be located within Creekwood 2 (presently owned by Sweetwater Development, LLC) and 9 units will be located within Creekwood 3 (presently owned by Daniel W. Scharmer). Proposed public dedications will include required utility easements, along with approximately 500 feet of street right-of-way (Janet Marie Lane).
