Statement of Purpose

and Effect

of Proposed Ordinance

NOTICE: An ordinance has been introduced for passage before the City Council of the City of Winona, Minnesota, the purpose and effect of which is to establish three 2-hour parking stalls on east side of Center Street from a point 240 feet north of the north line of 2nd Street to a point 60 feet northerly thereof; this is located in front of Jefferson Pub & Grill.
