ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Winona, Minnesota, in Council Chambers of the City Hall at 207 Lafayette Street, PO Box 378, Winona, MN 55987, until 10:00 A.M., C.D.S.T., Friday, July 1, 2005, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following:
Winona Golf and Dining Sanitary Sewer Interceptor
In general, work consists of the following approximate quantities:
3375 LF 10 Inch PVC Sanitary Sewer
1020 LF Directional Drill 8" HDPE
1895 LF Directional Drill 10" HDPE
2 EA 5' diameter Siphon Manholes
20 EA Standard Manhole, 4' dia.
850 TON Aggregate Base
172 TON Bituminous Mixture
2 AC Seeding
10000 SY Hydro Seeding
Bidders desiring a copy of the Bidding Documents may obtain them from the Issuing Office of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 2335 West Highway 36, St. Paul, MN 55113, (651) 636-4600 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00. Bidding Documents may be seen at City Engineer's Office in the City of Winona and at the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents can also be purchased with a credit card over the internet at www.bonestroo.com.

Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
