ORDINANCE 3650

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND

THE CITY CODE OF

WINONA, MINNESOTA

1979

The City of Winona does ordain:

Section 1. That the following described real estate be rezoned from AG (agricultural) to R-1.5 (one to four-family, medium density):

"That part of Lot Thirty-eight (38), Plat of the Subdivision of the South Half (S1/2) of Section Thirty-five (35) and South Half of Northeast Quarter (S1/2 of NE1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Seven (107), Range Seven (7) West, more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the West line of Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota, with the Southerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway No. 43; thence Easterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of said Highway a distance of 517.80 feet for the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing Easterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of said Trunk Highway No. 43 a distance of 34.7 feet to the point of beginning of a curve deflecting to the right, said curve having a central angle of 6 degrees 17 minutes and a radius of 7,593.31 feet; thence continuing Easterly along said curve and along the Southerly right-of-way line of said Highway a distance of 265.50 feet; thence at a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees 16 minutes from the tangent to the curve at the last described point, a distance of 300 feet; thence at a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees a distance of 300 feet; thence at a deflection angle to the right of 90 degrees a distance of 292.6 feet to the point of beginning, being located upon and forming a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4 of SW1/4) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred Seven (107) North, of Range Seven (7), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Winona County, Minnesota."

Section 2. That the zoning map be changed accordingly.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
