ORDINANCE 3651
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
THE CITY CODE OF
WINONA, MINNESOTA
1979
The City of Winona does ordain:
Section 1.That Schedule B of Section 61.26(e) of the City Code of Winona, Minnesota, 1979, which section is entitled "Limited Parking Zones", be amended as follows:
"TWO-HOUR PARKING:
No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle, either attended or unattended, for a period longer than 120 minutes between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. of each and every day except Sundays and legal holidays, on the following streets, alleys, and lots in the city and any vehicle which is moved and reparked in the same block, alley or lot during such 120 minute period shall be deemed to have remained stationary:
Center Street, easterly side, from a point 20 feet north of the north line of Fourth Street to Front Street (the south line of the east-west alley between Second and Front Streets)."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon its publication.
