SUBJECT: Final Cluster Development Plan - Sun City First Addition
On Monday, July 25, 2005 at 4:30 p.m. in the Wenonah Room of City Hall, the Winona City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a final cluster development plan (plat) for the proposed Sun City First Addition. The plat has been submitted by Sun City Investments, Inc. and involves a .41 acre parcel of land which is generally located at 1011-1017 East Fourth Street, Winona, Minnesota.
As proposed, the plan seeks to subdivide the property in accommodating six townhouse dwelling units (2-three unit structures), common open space yard areas, and off-street parking.
