NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
Please take notice that the Wilson Township Variance Board will meet on Monday April 26 beginning at 7:00 PM; Wilson Town Hall, Wilson, Minnesota to consider the Petitions for Variance from The Wilson Zoning Ordinance:
1. The Petition of Lyle & Charlotte Henderson for a Variance of Sections 603.2 (14) (a) of Wilson Township Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of building an additional non farm dwelling on a 40 acre parcel with no road frontage on a parcel of land located South East Quarter of the South West quarter of Section 22, Township 106 North, Range 7 West.
2. The Petition of Kurt & Tonya Bosteter for a Variance of Section 604.5(2)(a)of Wilson Township Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of constructing an attached one car garage within the road setback area required by the zoning regulations on property in North West Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section 1 Township 106 North Range 7 West.
