Public Information Meeting for Proposed Nodine Tower Construction

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will conduct a public information meeting on January 25, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the New Hartford Town Hall, 42774 County Road 12, Nodine, Minnesota (also known as the Fire Station).

Mn/DOT proposes to construct a 330-foot self-supporting communications tower during the late spring/summer of 2007. Mn/DOT is seeking comments about the possible effects of the tower to historic, archaeological and natural resources in the area as required by the Federal Communications Commission. Citizens with questions and or comments are encouraged to attend this meeting. Written comments can be mailed to Michael Hogan, Minnesota Dept of Transportation, 395 John Ireland Blvd., MS-630, St. Paul, MN 55155. Written comments must be received no later than January 18, 2007.
