Community Collaboration Summit on substance abuse

The CJCC will host a summit on October 26, 2016. Topics planned to be discussed include the abuse of prescription pills, the early intervention substance abuse prevention program and the effects of substance abuse on families. After the keynote, a panel of family members will share their experiences. Over a dozen service providers will have tables with information for you. Summit partners include Project COMPASS, NAMI, Project Fine, the Winona County Attorney’s Office and the Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) among others. The summit will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 6-8:30 p.m. at the Winona Middle School-Commons. There is no fee. If you have questions or would like to participate in the summit, please contact the Winona County Attorney’s Office at Certificate available upon request.
