"At 9:40 a.m. Bluff City Property Incorporated reported a possible theft by an employee between July and November. Approximately $15,000-$20,000 was missing.

"At 2:45 p.m. Amber Carney, 31, Winona, was cited for shoplifting approximately $60.00 worth of goods from Sears.

"At 6:20 p.m. a 16-year-old Winona female and a 14-year-old St. Charles female were found in possession of another's mail after sounding the alarm at J.C. Penney's.

"At 1:55 a.m. Jared Howard, 23, Winona, was cited for 4th degree DWI, 3rd degree test refusal, and violation of a stop sign. He also had mushrooms on his person that were sent in for testing.
"At 2:15 a.m. Corey Anderson, 27, Winona, was cited for 4th degree DWI and speeding.
"At 2:57 a.m. Jason Jessie, 25, Rapid City, South Dakota, was stopped for having a taillight out and was referred to the county attorney for DWI charges.
"At 1:35 a.m. Jennifer Okrasinski, 25, Onalaska, Wis., was cited for DWI.

"A 16-year-old Minneapolis male was arrested for malicious punishment of a 2-year-old girl he was babysitting. The girl had numerous bruises on her buttocks, upper back and face. She was treated and released from Community Memorial Hospital.
