Winona Police 

Tuesday, March 9

•    Officers arrested Nicole Klink, 39, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of domestic assault causing fear and harm after receiving a report of her allegedly hitting someone while they were both inside a vehicle. 

Wednesday, March 10

•    At 3:20 p.m. officers received a report that a house window on the 700 block of East Seventh Street appeared to have been damaged by a marble. 

Thursday, March 11

•    At 11:15 a.m. officers received a report that a vehicle window was damaged on the 250 block of Cummings Street by what appeared to be a BB. 

Saturday, March 13

•    At 4:30 a.m. officers received a report that a large glass jar with $650 to $750 in change and about $200 in cash, as well as $800 to $900 in other cash, was stolen from a residence on the 1700 block of West Seventh Street. 

 

Winona County 

Friday, March 12

•    At 12:27 a.m. deputies arrested Alexander Donovan Christodoulou, 24, of Greenfield, Minn., on suspicion of driving while under the influence of a controlled substance after initially pulling him over for reportedly speeding on Riverview Drive and Prairie Island Drive. Potential charges are pending blood-test results. 

Saturday, March 13

•    At 1:57 a.m. deputies arrested Alexander Donovan Christodoulou, 24, of Greenfield, Minn., on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. According to the report, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at Lakeview Drive-In. Potential charges are pending blood-test results. 

•    At 11:52 p.m. deputies arrested Molly Bjorgen Bartlett, 21, of Lake Villa, Ill., and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, deputies initially pulled her over on Third and Main streets for not dimming her headlights. A breath test reportedly measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.22 percent. 

 

Trempealeau County 

Tuesday, March 9

•    At 2:30 a.m. deputies arrested Heidi E. Nelson, 24, of Eau Claire, Wis., and referred her to the county attorney for potential drug charges after K-9 Javy reportedly alerted deputies about the presence of narcotics in a vehicle in Arcadia. According to the report, deputies then searched the vehicle and allegedly found cocaine, marijuana and prescription medication for which there was not a prescription. 

•    At 10:16 p.m. deputies arrested Gage W. Lewallen, 28, of Augusta, Wis., and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and drug charges. According to the report, K-9 Javy alerted deputies about the presence of narcotics in a vehicle in Whitehall. Deputies then allegedly found a loaded firearm, heroin and marijuana while searching the vehicle. 

Thursday, March 11

•    At 1:30 p.m. deputies arrested Amanda J. Matheny, 38, of La Crosse, Wis., and referred her to the county attorney for potential drug charges after K-9 Luke reportedly alerted deputies about the presence of narcotics in a vehicle in Gale. Deputies then reportedly searched the vehicle and allegedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 

•    At 4:45 p.m. deputies arrested Dawn L. Malecki, 46, of Holcombe, Wis., Robert J. Boettiger, 33, of Bruce, Wis., and Travis W. Trudeau, 26, of Conrath, Wis., and referred them to the county attorney for potential drug charges. According to the report, K-9 Luke alerted deputies about the presence of narcotics in a vehicle in Arcadia. Deputies then allegedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
