Winona Police 

Tuesday, March 23

•    At 4:59 p.m. officers received a report that a passenger-side tire of a vehicle was slashed overnight on Third and Market streets. 

Wednesday, March 24

•    At 11:55 p.m. officers arrested Anthony Nolan King-White, 34, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call. According to the report, someone reported several day earlier that King-White pushed them down several times and choked them on the 450 block of High Forest Street. Officers then worked to locate King-White. 

Thursday, March 25

•    At 10:22 a.m. officers received a report that a laptop was stolen from a vehicle parked at the AmericInn. 

•    At 1:57 p.m. officers received a report that an unknown woman stole a pair of Adidas sandals at Rogan’s Shoes. 

 

Friday, March 26

•    At 12:34 p.m. officers arrested Holden John Freeland Biebel, 23, of Au Train, Mich., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of driving while intoxicated. According to the report, officers initially pulled Biebel over for allegedly not completely stopping at an intersection on Fifth and Hilbert streets. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.09 percent. 

Saturday, March 27

•    At 2:01 a.m. officers arrested Casey Anna McKenzie, 34, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of driving while intoxicated. According to the report, officers initially pulled McKenzie over for allegedly speeding near Broadway and Mankato Avenue. A breath test reportedly measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.19 percent. 

•    At 4:36 p.m. officers cited Roberto Catarino Reyes, 24, of Winona, with receiving stolen property and arrested him on a warrant. According to the report, while arresting Reyes on a warrant on the 100 block of West Third Street, officers allegedly found stolen checks in his backpack. The checks’ owner confirmed that Reyes did not have permission to have the checks, according to the report. 

•    At 11:41 p.m. officers arrested Marie Victoria Urbick, 34, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, officers initially pulled her over after observing her allegedly speed and cross the centerline on Huff Street. A breath test reportedly measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.23 percent. 

 

Winona County 

Tuesday, March 23

•    At 4:30 p.m. deputies arrested Frank Ahmed Robert Dewberry, 27, of Saint Paul, Minn., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of gross-misdemeanor domestic assault in Rollingstone. 

•    At 11:54 p.m. deputies arrested Cherise Marie Dale, 31, of Rochester, Minn., and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of criminal vehicular operation resulting in bodily harm. She was also arrested on previous warrants. According to the report, Dale hit a person with a vehicle in Rollingstone and left the scene. She was located in Rochester ultimately. The person who was hit was taken to the hospital for the treatment of injuries. 

Friday, March 26

•    At 12:59 a.m. deputies arrested Chase Everett Calbert, 23, of Rochester, Minn., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity in Rollingstone. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.08 percent. 

•    At 12:29 a.m. deputies arrested Ryan Richard Torgorson, 43, of La Crosse, Wis., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, deputies initially pulled Torgorson over for allegedly speeding on Highway 61 and Old Homer Road. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.11 percent. 

•    0At 10:59 p.m. deputies cited Jessica Ann McKee, 45, of Kasson, Minn., for driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.  According to the report, deputies initially pulled McKee over for allegedly speeding on Highway 43 and Northwood Drive.
