Course Description: A properly executed health care directive lets you tell your family and your medical providers what medical care you want if a time comes when you cannot express those desires yourself. Bob Williams and Leslie Scarborough, trained facilitators and volunteers at Winona Health, will present information, discuss the health care directive form and be available at a later date for individual assistance in completing the form.

Bob Williams and Leslie Scarborough co-chair the health care directives facilitator team of volunteers at Winona Health. Bob has been facilitating group sessions and individual meetings for over 10 years and is retired. Leslie has a background in health information management and has been a Winona Health volunteer for over five years.
