Tuesday, April 20

• At 8:33 a.m. officers received a report that someone cut two catalytic converters off two RVs on the 1250 block of Breezy Lane. There are no suspects.

Thursday, April 22

• At 8:32 a.m. officers arrested Cody James Allen, 35, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of misdemeanor domestic assault. Allen allegedly kicked the left side of someone’s torso on the 500 block of Cottonwood Drive.

• At 9:33 a.m. officers arrested Terrell Desean Watkins, 32, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of gross-misdemeanor domestic assault and interference with a 911 call. Watkins allegedly punched someone’s face while they were on the phone with 911 dispatchers to report being threatened. The phone reportedly fell out of the person’s hand, and a juvenile reportedly came over to them. Watkins then allegedly kicked the juvenile.

Friday, April 23

• At 5:24 p.m. officers arrested David Wayne Beal, 71, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of fourth-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, officers received a report that Beal allegedly struck a parked vehicle on the 150 block of East 11th Street. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.11 percent.

Thursday, April 22

• At 9:16 p.m. deputies arrested Kyle Mark Fullington, 41, of Altura, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of misdemeanor domestic assault and gross-misdemeanor interference with a 911 call. Fullington allegedly punched someone and stopped them from using the phone to call 911 in Altura.

Friday, April 23

• At 10:32 p.m. deputies arrested Tia Trisha Buckner, of Winona, and referred her to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, deputies initially pulled Buckner over for allegedly not dimming her lights on Third and Johnson streets. A breath test reportedly measured her blood-alcohol content at 0.19 percent.

Sunday, April 25

• At 12:24 a.m. deputies arrested Aaron Jorei, 46, of Onalaska, Wis., and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of third-degree driving while intoxicated. According to the report, deputies initially pulled him over for allegedly failing to signal on Highway 61 and Parks Avenue. A breath test reportedly measured his blood-alcohol content at 0.25 percent.
