Set forth on a delicious adventure with your youngster! The first Saturday of every month is Tasty Tuesday, where children from the ages of two to five will experience new foods and flavors. DIY: Salt and sugar scrubs
Saturday, October 5, 10-11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
These DIY classes are always so popular that the co-op is offering two different time slots for this one. There will be coffee, treats and body care samples to give away, so grab a friend and head over for a fun activity! BCC owners may attend for free. The fee is $5 for non-owners. Intro to a whole food plant-based diet
Saturday, October 5, 5-7 p.m.
Do you want to learn healthy eating habits that will give you more energy and improve your well-being? Learn about the healing power of eating a more whole food, plant-centered diet. Celeste Sullivan, certified health coach, will show you how you don’t have to sacrifice flavor or enjoyment to better your health. Try something different and you will be surprised at how simple and delicious healthy eating can be. Attendees will create and enjoy a meal that fosters healing and satisfies the taste buds, all without breaking the bank! There is a $12 fee for BCC owners as well as non-owners. Space is limited.
