Winter Coloring Contest with the WCHS

The Winona County Historical Society (WCHS) is excited to offer a Winter in Winona Coloring Contest this month. Find the coloring page at and turn it in at the Winona County History Center by January 31 for a chance at a prize package of toys, games, books and more.

As WCHS receives your colorful pages, they will be displayed in the history center’s windows. Entries will go in a drawing for the grand prize so be sure to write your name and phone number on the prize slip portion at the bottom. Everyone is welcome to participate, but WCHS suggests ages 5 - 12 for the prize drawing. Entries are due by January 31 and they can be dropped off (there is a mail slot to the left of the front doors), scanned and emailed to or mailed to WCHS, 160 Johnson St., Winona, MN, 55987.

The winner will be announced February 1 and the coloring pages will be displayed in the history center lobby windows as they are received and will be up through February. Be creative and have fun making the Winter in Winona scene come to life.
