Sunday, November 13

"At 4:13 p.m. Melinda Dailey, of Winona, reported that her vehicle was damaged while parked in the Winona 7 parking lot.

"At 10:30 p.m. Tracy Lynn Hazelton, 35, Winona, reported a theft from a vehicle parked in the 700 block of East 9th Street. Missing items include an LG cell phone (valued at $350) and $37 cash taken from a purse.


Monday, November 14

"At 2:30 a.m. on the Huff dike, Tonya Lynn Kummer, 20, Chili, Wis., was cited for underage drinking and driving, false information to a police officer, driving after suspension and driving over the centerline. Kummer's blood alcohol content measured 0.06 percent.

"At 2:40 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 61 and Parks Avenue, Jeffrey Michael Becker, 25, Winona, was cited for 4th degree drunken driving.

Tuesday, November 15

"At 12:18 a.m. at the intersection of 10th and Main streets, Stacy Lynn Amundson, 20, Rochester, was cited for underage drinking and driving and possession of alcohol by a minor.


Saturday, November 12

"At 8:00 p.m. a 19-year-old Winona woman reported being assaulted by Patti Ann Kennedy, 47, Winona. Kennedy was charged with 5th degree assault.

Sunday, November 13

"At 8:43 p.m. a 15-year-old Winona boy was taken into custody after he allegedly assaulted his mother and a sibling after an argument over a cell phone. The boy will face a charge of 5th degree domestic assault.

"At 9:08 p.m. police received a call from a woman claiming she had been assaulted. A ticket for 5th degree assault was mailed to David Lamar Wimms, 26, Winona.

Monday, November 14

"At 3:41 p.m. at the Family and Children's Center, 223 Center Street, a 15-year-old Winona boy was cited for disorderly conduct.

"At 9:54 p.m. Michael James Norby, 35, Winona, was cited for 5th degree domestic assault at a residence in the 1650 block of West 6th Street. Norby was also arrested on a warrant for a dishonored check worth $2,000.

Sunday, November 13

"At 7:28 p.m. on Lane Valley Drive in New Hartford Township, Robert Todd Delaney, 20, La Crescent, was injured in a one-vehicle accident. According to the report, Delaney swerved to miss a deer, lost control of his vehicle and rolled over in a ditch. Delaney was transported to a La Crosse hospital by Tri-State Ambulance.
