Winona Public Library’s 2015 Hot Reads for Cold Nights Winter Reading Program

by Sarah Squires

It is time for the Winona Public Library to host its annual Hot Reads for Cold Nights Winter Reading Program!

The program runs from January 5 to March 6, and all you have to do is read or listen to five books (eBooks included) and record them on a reading log. After you return the first reading log to the library, you will receive a free library coffee mug and a Hardee’s coupon for a regular hot ham ‘n cheese sandwich or regular roast beef sandwich.

At the end of the program, your reading logs will be entered into a drawing for one of our many grand prizes. Grand prizes include a $10 gift card to Acoustic Café, four $5 gift certificates to Bloedow Bakery, two $10 gift certificates to Bub’s Brewing Co., four $5 Comet Cash gift certificates to Erbert & Gerbert’s, a Fantastic Sam’s gift basket (valued at $42.97), two $10 gift certificates to Green Mill, four $5 gift certificates to Ground Round, a $25 gift card to Hy-Vee, five $10 gift cards to Kwik Trip, five free Karuba drinks and Cheese Mountain pizzas from Kwik Trip, a $20 gift certificate to La Boutique, and a $50 gift card to Midtown Foods.

Must be 16 or older to participate in Hot Reads for Nights. All materials read or listened to must come from the library. Persons may reenter the grand prize drawing multiple times.
