Elliot M. Swart, 16, of Winona, died on Thursday, August 29, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, at Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview. Visitation will be from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
