Casting call: Winona Health Volunteers’ ‘USO Salute to the Troops’

Monday and Tuesday, January 6 and 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Wesley United Methodist Church, 114 West Broadway in Winona

The Winona Health Volunteers invite you to be a part of its “USO Salute to the Troops” show. Come to meet the director, Jim Vrchota, and learn about the show at open auditions. Performances are scheduled for April 23 through 26, 2020. “USO Salute to the Troops” will be a variety show saluting public servants and troops from Desert Storm to Afghanistan with entertaining songs, dances, and skits. The show is a fundraiser for the Winona Health Volunteers, who will use the proceeds for health care projects to benefit the patients and residents of Winona Health. Senior Living at Watkins Open House and Free Music Monday with Jim Sexton

Monday, January 6, 2:30-3:30 p.m., Watkins Great Hall, Senior Living at Watkins, 175 East Wabasha (Seventh) Street, Winona.

All About Baby

Tuesday, January 7, 12-1:30 p.m., Winona Health, Women’s Health, clinic third floor, 855 Mankato Avenue, Winona. This is a weekly drop-in group for parents to weigh their baby, get answers to questions and meet other parents. New parents and expecting parents are welcome.
