Care planning

Tuesday, August 11, at 1 p.m.

A care plan summarizes your medical conditions, emergency contacts and health care providers. Join the advocates for a discussion on the importance of having a care plan and how to start the conversation with your family and doctors.


Exploring ideas

Mondays at 1 p.m.

Join Senior Advocate Lori Paulson to learn about and discuss and learn about a variety of topics from Ben Franklin to hot air ballooning; explore a new topic every week. 


Active wellness center

Group fitness: Join Angelo on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8 a.m. for virtual group fitness sessions. 

AWC sessions:  Sign up for a 45-minute session in the Wellness Center.  

Times are 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m.

Added session times are 12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.

Social hour

Join a Friendship Center staff every Thursday at 1 p.m. for games, conversation, questions and more.

Registration in advance for non-fitness programs is encouraged.

The Friendship Center is working on developing ways to bring back in-person programming for those that have not been able to access the virtual options.  Please be patient as we work through local, state, CDC, and other guidelines to make this happen.

Staff are conducting virtual programming each day using ZOOM. Please call the center for offering days and times for Reminiscing, Memory Café’s, Zumba, chair yoga, strength and balance, NIA or Tai Chi (454-5212 and leave a voicemail). Staff currently is working from home and will return your call.
