• At midnight officers arrested Joseph Edward Pomeroy, 60, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of third-degree test refusal and fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after observing him turn onto the wrong side of the median near West Fifth and Pelzer streets.
Tuesday, November 12
• At 1:26 a.m. officers arrested Leonard Lashawn Delaney, 44, of Winona, and referred him to the county attorney for a potential charge of misdemeanor violation of an order of protection on the 700 block of East Fifth Street.
Friday, November 8
• At 5:26 p.m. deputies arrested Steven Reyburn Thruston, 36, of Altura, and referred him to the county attorney for potential charges of fifth-degree domestic assault causing fear and felony theft of a motor vehicle near Sunset Avenue Northwest in Altura. According to the report, an argument broke out over a dog urinating in his room. Thruston reportedly attempted to get a gun to harm himself, and when he was unsuccessful, he attempted to get a knife. An 18-year-old female intervened and feared he would hit her, according to the report. Thruston then reportedly got into a vehicle which did not belong to him and which he did not have permission to use and left the scene.
