A 42-year-old Winona man has been referred to the Winona County Attorney for potential charges of first-degree possession of controlled substances and first-degree sale of controlled substances. 

Peter Raymond White was arrested on Thursday, October 14, at 2 p.m. after law enforcement personnel with the Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Winona Police Department and Southeastern Task Force reportedly found 96 grams of fentanyl, 172 grams of cocaine, 11 grams of heroin, 30 MDMA pills, 10 grams of mushrooms and 720 grams of an unknown tar substance while executing a search warrant on the 100 block of West 11th Street as a result of a narcotics investigation. 

According to the report, the substances have a combined value of about $37,000.
