Ashley Furniture Industries is celebrating National Manufacturing Day by providing tours to local middle school students for the fifth year in a row. National Manufacturing Day, which officially fell on October 1, is celebrated throughout the month of October by manufacturers across the country. 

Winona County COVID infections were up and down this week, with 124 cases in the past seven days, compared to 131 last week. There were 94 new cases in Trempealeau County this past week, compared to 102 the week before, and 36 in Buffalo County, compared to 34 last week.
